Ethiopian Investment Holdings Signs Strategic MoU with Russia’s Prodintorg at Kazan Forum 2026

Kazan, Russia — Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH), led by Chief Executive Officer Brook Taye, is actively participating in the Kazan Forum 2026. As a key highlight of its forum engagements, EIH has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Joint Stock Company Foreign Economic Corporation Prodintorg, a state-owned enterprise operating under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

This strategic partnership is designed to strengthen bilateral trade relations between Ethiopia and Russia. The agreement will facilitate direct access to strategic commodities from manufacturers at competitive prices, playing a crucial role in supporting Ethiopia’s domestic market stabilization. Furthermore, it creates significant export opportunities for Ethiopian products within the Russian market.

EIH’s diverse portfolio includes several trading companies that supply a wide array of agricultural products. These entities are strategically positioned to benefit from and drive the success of this new bilateral engagement, fostering mutual economic growth and expanding international market reach.
